We very rarely take time to stop and think about ourselves, let alone analyse our style! When setting up One Little Bean I had to do just that. Many questions went through my mind, what is my style, how would others describe me and ultimately why would you choose me as your coach?
I have undertaken a great deal of training and development throughout my career and firmly believe you never stop learning. During that time, inevitably you receive feedback, seek guidance, learn from others and gain knowledge in your chosen career. It is also important not to rule out life experience and your own personal brand. Like ingredients in a recipe, when mixed together you start to blend together your style.
