My approach to leadership development once again revolves around you! Initially my focus is the business context, the organisational strategy or plan and what the expectations are of leaders within the organisation, no matter what its size or function.
I then work with individual's or groups to facilitate sustainable change and lasting impact, ultimately enhancing the bottom line and the contribution, skills and perspective of it’s current and potential leaders.
I am passionate about the development of the next generation of leaders and this often allows me to work with the Middle Manager population within an organisation. Exploiting high potential and supporting the fast track development of these individuals is a specialism of mine, ultimately leading to the acceleration of their readiness for bigger roles.
