The way organisations are developing their managers and leaders is changing. There is now a growing demand for coaching training for this population. Whether this is your current leaders or those aspiring to senior roles in the future, this approach gives them the required skills and knowledge, enabling them to coach their teams to greater levels of performance and to reach their full potential.
A key aspect of this approach is ‘in the moment coaching’. This form of coaching is very effective, as it takes place at the point of action, with the line manager asking rather than telling. The onus is on the individual or team to find the solution not the manager.
